How beautiful would the world be that there is a collective consciousness of love and peace? Everything starts with you. Outer peace first requires inner peace, so that you can live your life to the full, with attention, love, and trust and this radiates to others.
Inner peace means being connected to who you are deep. (Your heart, your soul, you name it). So that you can then act from here and do the things that you want to do in your life. The balance between body, mind, and spirit is essential here. In our daily lives we are often in our minds and keep us trapped by making our desires and dreams come true by limiting beliefs or fears. We are constantly challenged by everything that happens around us and we are quickly out of balance. If you are out of balance in one of the areas, you cannot live fully.
During the journey, various aspects of the retreat philosophy are discussed in combination with mindfulness, meditation, movement, and self-examination. In every lesson, you are brought from the thinking and doing state to a being state to connect with yourself and the other from a deep consciousness. The Feel - Be - Connect framework is central. In this lesson, you go on an inner peace journey and it becomes clear that you already have all the wisdom to be in balance. You will experience: How you come into contact with your body (again) how you learn to listen to your inner teacher, how you can connect head and heart, which means connecting with others from a place of inner peace?
This Retreat is about coming back to the Natural Self, centering in the Heart, being able to hear your inner wisdom, be in your truth, and trust yourself. We will therefore be working on overcoming self-doubt, lack of self-confidence, blocks, patterns, programs, thought forms, and unhealthy cords. What has influenced you and prevented you from being your Natural Self? What stops you from being in your heart rather than your ego? We will be considering nature versus nurture, the True and False Self, how emotions and thoughts can affect us physically, self-empowerment, setting healthy boundaries, and energy management.
